Cancellation, Deposit & Service Policy Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Standard Reservations
• 24 hours notice: No cancellation penalty
• Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of total deposit is non-refundable
Special Events (Weddings, Proms, etc.)
• 14+ days before reservation: Eligible for refund of deposit
• Within 3 days of reservation: Deposit and total fare are non-refundable
All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed. Your cancellation is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from our team.

Deposit & Payment Requirements
• A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking
• A booking fee of $30 is required for all reservations
• Remaining balance is due at least 72 hours prior to reservation date
• Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit and booking fee are received

Refund Policy
• Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
• Booking fees are non-refundable
• Deposits become non-refundable within the applicable cancellation window
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused time

Late Arrival Policy
Clients are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
• A 15-minute grace period is provided for standard pickups
• After the grace period, late fees may apply
• Excessive delays may result in shortened service time without refund
• If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the reservation may be considered a no-show

Wait Time Policy
• Wait time begins at the scheduled pickup time
• The first 15 minutes are complimentary (standard pickups)
• Additional wait time will be billed in increments based on service type
• For hourly bookings, wait time counts toward reserved service time
